I see a variety of people: adults, children, teenagers, young adults, and the geriatric population. Individual, couple, and family therapy are available as well as groups as they are formed.
Individual Therapy is a process aimed at supporting awareness, defining aspirations, and moving clients toward peak potential. An environment of encouragement, trust, and professional expertise facilitates self-acceptance, resolution, growth, and self-actualization.
Group Therapy
utilizes both the expertise of a professional and the support of group members to facilitate desired changes. Groups are small in number (6-8 members) and focus on patterns of interpersonal interaction and interconnectedness.
Couple and Family Counseling
are available when the primary concern involves issues in intimate relationships, sexuality, and/or difficulties that disrupt the family system.
Psychoeducational Seminars
and retreats supporting renewal and wellbeing are periodically offered.
